Manufacturer LM76 Linear Motion Bearing has announced the release of a new line of bearings with ceramic balls made of zirconia for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries. 

Founded in 1976, the LM76 Linear Motion Bearing is currently a reputable developer and manufacturer of linear bearings, guides and linear motion systems. One of the company's well-known products is the Minuteman Teflon Composite linear bearings. The LM76 also offers several series of linear bearings and guides that meet hygienic requirements for the food, pharmaceutical, medical and packaging industries.

Expanding its product range, LM76 announced the launch of a new line of deep groove ball bearings with ceramic balls made of ZrO2 (zirconia).

Among the new products there are several categories of ball bearings:

  - with deep grooves that withstand radial and axial loads;

  - angular contact bearings for simultaneous processing of radial and axial loads;

  - spherical self-aligning bearings

  - thrust bearings for high axial loads.

Each of the four types of metric bearings is available in a wide range of sizes.

ZrO2 ceramic ball bearings have the following advantages:

  - operating temperature from -80 ° C to 400 ° C;

  - Compliance with the requirements of FDA / USDA / 3A for food and pharmaceutical industries;
