NSK Brazil has just launched three inductive heaters that make it easy to install bearings, pulleys and bushings: EHP-ST 07, EHP-LB 09 and EHP MN-08. Manufactured with the latest microprocessing technology, the new heaters provide great simplification for operator use. In addition, they increase bearing life by expanding the inner ring and thereby reducing any mechanical interference that normally occurs during assembly.

The advantages of these heaters are that they can be used for both shielded and conventional bearings and are suitable for the expansion of any inner ring shaped metal part.

The equipment heats the bearing evenly and controlled, eliminating any damage that may occur during part processing.

Especially the models EHP-MN 08 (weight 12kgs) and EHP-ST 07 (weight 3kgs) are very light weight, making it easier to handle and use the equipment in hard to reach places.

In addition to these new models, the company is promoting the layout update of EHP 06.
