Setting the course for the future





The training day on 6 July from 2 pm in Bühl will provide insights into training at Schaeffler. Interested visitors may, as in the last year, try out different techniques of metalworking.




From manual turning, milling and welding to CAD workstations and commercial professions to mechatronics and electronics for electromobility - training at Schaeffler is versatile and varied. On July 6, the company will inform about training opportunities and career opportunities at Schaeffler in Bühl from 2 pm on the day of the training. At the site, more than 5,000 employees work on the latest technologies and innovative mobility concepts, thereby creating "mobility for tomorrow". As a renowned technology partner to the automotive industry, the company offers excellent career opportunities, large takeover opportunities and a secure future.

From 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm, the Lernwerkstatt in Industriestraße opens its doors to anyone who is interested. In addition to a small exhibition of workpieces already produced by trainees, visitors can try out various metalworking techniques. In addition, work areas for milling, turning, grinding and welding will be presented. The current apprentices can be looked over the shoulder while working on modern CAD workplaces and programming CNC programs on different simulators and get informed about control technology and electrical engineering. Of course, the instructors stand next to various information stands for questions at any time speech and answer.

Says Ingo Bender, Training Manager Schaeffler Bühl. "Everyone who is interested is invited to come by on our training day on Friday."



Schaeffler trains around 3,200 young people worldwide, including around 1,500 in Germany. The company currently offers a total of 20 apprenticeships and 11 dual study programs throughout Germany: from industrial clerk to business informatics trainees have every opportunity open to them.
