In order to support the efficient repair process, Schaeffler is bundling its entire portfolio for the rapidly growing segment of light commercial vehicles in a single catalog for the first time across all brands. With 625 pages, experts can now find all the relevant information in more than 65 product categories from the drive, engine and chassis sectors in seven languages.

Thousands of kilometers in use, in stop-and-go traffic in the city, through potholes and over curbs with heavy loads - all under constant pressure. Light commercial vehicles are in demand as never before and have become indispensable in everyday life. With a projected market growth of eight percent annually, they are the fastest-growing vehicle segment and the backbone of the commercial transport business. In daily use around the clock, these vehicles are extremely stressed and subject to higher wear and repair costs than privately used vehicles.



Cross-brand portfolio in one catalog

For the quick and easy repair of light commercial vehicles, Schaeffler's LuK, INA, FAG and Ruville brands offer repair solutions specially tailored to the needs of fleet operators and transport companies. For the first time, these will be combined in a single catalog across all four product brands. The comprehensive reference work with around 2,200 vehicle applications focuses on the 35 most important vehicle models from 15 manufacturers in the European market. These include in particular the Ford Transit, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and VW Transporter, which make up a large part of the vehicle population. The catalog lists over 3,000 items, including the LuK GearBOX for gearbox repair, the LuK ZMS with Impact Torque Limiter, the FAG wheel bearing repair solution, and steering and suspension parts.



A clear and systematic catalog distribution enables a quick search for suitable spare parts. All information is available in seven languages. For the first time, there are also Russian and Polish due to the increasing importance of the markets in this vehicle segment. Other languages are German, English, Spanish, French and Italian.
