Novi, MI – August 14, 2017 – NMB Technologies Corporation, a MinebeaMitsumi Group company, has announced the appointment of Richard LaPlace as President of NMB Technologies Corporation. Richard LaPlace is succeeding Gerry Fay, who has transferred to New Hampshire Ball Bearing, a sister company to NMB Technologies Corp.

Richard LaPlace brings 20 years of experience with NMB, and a rich knowledge of MinebeaMitsumi’s global business to this new position. His experience and long tenure in sales management and global business management, and most recently as Director of Sales and Motor Product, places him as the best choice to take on the helm of the company.

Richard LaPlace holds a BA in Business Management and currently resides in Austin, TX. Richard and his family will be relocating to Novi, MI, where the company headquarters are located.
