Boris Baumann
On January 1, 2017, Boris Baumann (50) assumed management of Sales Germany for the Industrial division at Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG. In his new function, he is responsible for business with direct customers and sales partners, which is managed by ten sales offices in Germany and the corresponding Schaeffler Technology Centers.

Mr. Baumann has more than 20 years of sales and external sales experience at Schaeffler. After completing his studies in mechanical engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Karlsruhe, he began his professional career in 1995 at the Schaeffler Group, where he worked in Application Engineering in the Hydraulics department in Herzogenaurach. From 1999, he worked as a sales engineer in External Sales, and from 2011, he assumed responsibility for Order Attainment OEM Industrial Germany. Since 2015, he has been responsible for the management of External Sales Industrial Germany. In his new function, Boris Baumann will take over from Bernhard Acht, who retired after 26 successful years of service at Schaeffler.
